PERSONAL INCOME TAX RETURN CHECKLIST

2025/2026 TAX SEASON

Please read through the instructions carefully to ensure that your checklist is submitted correctly.

INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FORM ONLINE:

Step 1: To begin, you will need to accept Adobe’s Terms and Conditions, otherwise the form will remain greyed out. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Continue button if you accept.

Step 2: Complete the required and relevant fields in the form. When ready, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form.

Step 3: Enter your name and email address when prompted. This is required to authenticate your identity.

Step 4: Check for a new email from Adobe Sign and follow the link to confirm your email address.

Step 5: After your email is confirmed, the form will be submitted automatically. You will receive a final email with a copy of the form.

Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see the emails right away.
