2025/2026 TAX SEASON

Please carefully read the Personal Income Tax Engagement letter before submitting.
We require a signature for each person that is having a return prepared.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Complete the required fields in the form. Once all fields are completed, a ‘Click to Submit’ button will appear at the bottom.

Step 2: Enter your email address when prompted. This is required to authenticate your identity.

Step 3: Check for a new email from Adobe Sign and follow the link to confirm your email address.

Step 4: After your email is confirmed, the form will be submitted automatically. You will receive a final email with a copy of the signed letter.

Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see the emails right away.
